□ 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항
앱 내부의 정보는 단말기 내에만 저장됩니다. 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 단말기와 앱을 직접 관리 및 감독하고, 앱 내 개인정보의 조회‧수정‧삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 여부를 판단할 수 있습니다.
□ 개인정보의 처리 목적, 처리 항목, 보유 및 이용 기간
<프로폴리스 오피셜>은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 서비스 제공을 위해 필요 최소한의 범위에서 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 것을 원칙으로 하고, 개인정보는 이용자의 단말기 내부에서 처리되며 외부 서버로 전송되거나 보유되지 않습니다. 이용자의 단말기의 앱 내에 저장된 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 소멸됩니다.
앱 내에서 외부 사이트로 이동하는 경우, 그 시점부터는 해당 회사의 방침이 적용되며 당사의 개인정보처리방침은 적용되지 않습니다.
□ 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
이용자의 개인정보는 외부 서버로 전송되거나 보유되지 않고 이용자의 단말기 내부에서 처리되므로, 당사는 서버 측에서 따로 파기할 개인정보를 가지지 않습니다.
이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내부의 데이터는 지체 없이 파기됩니다.
□ 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
이용자의 개인정보는 외부 서버로 전송되거나 보유되지 않고 이용자의 단말기 내부에서 서 처리되며,
1.단말기 내부의 데이터는 이용자가 사용하는 운영체제(OS)가 제공하는 보안 조치를 통해 보호됩니다.
2.이용자가 URL을 통해 외부 사이트로 이동하는 경우 해당 사이트의 정책 (쿠키 등) 에 대한 확인이 권장됩니다.
□ 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사방법
① 정보주체는 언제든지 앱을 삭제하는 조치를 통해 개인정보를 직접 조회‧수정‧삭제·처리정지·동의 철회할 수 있습니다.
※ 앱 내부의 정보는 단말기에 저장되므로, 법정대리인 (14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인 포함)은 단말기와 앱을 직접 관리 및 감독하고, 앱 삭제 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.
